We're at 12851 University Ave #300, Clive, Iowa 50325, centrally located on the University Ave corridor, one of the most traveled roads in the metro.
Head east on University Ave from Jordan Creek Town Center. We're approximately 5 minutes east, on the south side of University Ave in the Clive retail corridor.
Head south on Merle Hay Road, then turn west on University Ave. We're about 7 minutes from the Merle Hay Mall intersection, past the Clive city limits.
Take NW 86th Street south to University Ave, then head west. We're about 10 minutes from the NW 86th & University Ave intersection.
Take I-80 east and exit at University Ave (Exit 117). Head east on University Ave. We're approximately 3 minutes from the I-80 exit, on the north side of University Ave.
Take I-35 south toward Des Moines, then exit at University Ave. Head west on University Ave. We're about 12 minutes from the I-35/University Ave interchange.
Take I-235 west to the University Ave exit, then head west. We're about 10 minutes from downtown, past the Beaverdale neighborhood and into Clive.
Take I-35 north to I-80 west, then exit at NW 86th Street south. Head south to University Ave and turn west. About 20 minutes from the Cherry Glen Road area.
Take I-80 west directly to the NW 86th Street exit. Head south to University Ave and turn west. A straight 20-minute drive from the Bass Pro Shops and Adventureland area.
Take NW Beaver Drive south to I-35/80, then exit at NW 86th Street south. About 25 minutes from Jester Park and the Saylorville Dam recreation area.
Take Highway 65 south to I-80 west, then exit at NW 86th Street south. Head south to University Ave and turn west. About 25 minutes.
Head south on SE Grimes Boulevard to I-80 east, then exit at NW 86th Street south. About 12 minutes from the NE Magazine Road area.
